Advertising campaign for ‘LMAO’ comedy festival in Birmingham using handcrafted elements.

The inspiration for this design came from the concept of getting out of your head, and of comedy being the best healer and escape. I wanted to use paper mache as its a craft that we associate with childhood and messy creativity. The branding overall is designed to feel really homemade and silly in it’s nature to convey the uplifting and free-ing spirit of comedy.
